Ⅰ. Surface treatment of color coated aluminum coil

Color coated aluminum coil makes the surface coating coloring treatment of aluminum coil to prolong the life of aluminum. After cleaning, chromizing, roll coating, baking and other processing, the surface of the aluminum coil will be with a variety of colors of paint coating, becoming preroll coated color coated aluminum coil. Surface coating paint is divided into polyester (PE) coated aluminum coil, fluorocarbon (PVDF) coated aluminum coil; Epoxy roller coated aluminium coil. The temperature resistance of color coated aluminum coil is good, aluminum melting point is 660 degrees, the regular temperature can not reach its melting point.

4. Mechanical: Color coated aluminium coil uses high-quality aluminum, plastic, and adhesive and adopts advanced composite technology. The products have the bending resistance and rupture strength that decorative plate requires. Under the four seasons, climate, wind pressure, temperature, humidity, and other factors change will not cause bending, deformation, expansion, etc.

5. Environmental protection property: It has saline-alkali acid rain corrosion resistance. Therefore, it will not corrode or produce toadstools by itself, it does not release any toxic gas and cause keel and fixed parts rust, it has fire resistance.
